We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include aroma oils once opened, used diffusers, consumables, sanitary or hazardous materials, and similar goods due to their product nature.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a standard processing period. You will be notified by email once your refund has been approved and processed.

We only replace items in cases of damage or manufacturing defect. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@scentation.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
